Medical Center Eye Clinic

Drs. Berzins, Tibolt, East and Lapour are medical doctors who have specialized in diseases and disorders of the eyes and eye surgery. They provide total medical eye care by performing comprehensive examinations, prescribing corrective lenses, diagnosing eye diseases and treating them medically and surgically.

Dr. Stone, a doctor of optometry, performs eye exams and refractions–determining the correction needed in glasses or contact lenses. She also fits contact lenses. Patients may see Dr. Stone for refraction and their ophthalmologist for the medical portion of their examination.

The support staff at Medical Center Eye Clinic includes certified ophthalmic technicians, medical assistants, receptionists, a bookkeeper, a full-time insurance clerk and the clinic administrator.

Drs. Berzins, Tibolt, East and Lapour are participating physicians in Medicare, meaning that they accept Medicare assignment for all services covered by Medicare. These include both office examinations and surgeries.

For our patients’ convenience, we bill all primary and secondary insurers directly, so please be sure to bring all insurance cards when you visit the clinic. Payment is expected at the time of service for patients who are not covered by insurance. Insurance copays are due at the time of service. For special payment arrangements, please talk with the clinic administrator.
